Subscription Refunds

  1. Cancellation within Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription within the specified trial period, you are eligible for a full refund of any subscription fees paid.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription plans, you can request a refund within the first 7 days from the subscription start date if you are not satisfied with our service. We will issue a full refund for the current month’s subscription fee.
  3. Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription plans, you can request a refund within the first 30 days from the subscription start date. We will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months of your annual subscription.
