Hikar Technomation Pvt Ltd (“Hikar Technomation”) recognizes the importance of its registered trademarks, including but not limited to HikEMM, PredHik, SmarTag, and HiTrex (collectively referred to as “Trademarks”). This Trademark Policy outlines the guidelines for the proper and authorized use of these Trademarks by third parties.

Ownership

Hikar Technomation is the sole owner of the Trademarks mentioned above. All rights related to these Trademarks are reserved by Hikar Technomation.

Proper Use

a. Authorized Use: Third parties may use the Trademarks only with explicit written permission from Hikar Technomation. Such permission will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Hikar Technomation.

b. Prohibited Use: Unauthorized use of the Trademarks, including but not limited to reproduction,
modification, distribution, or any other form of unauthorized exploitation, is strictly prohibited.

c. Accuracy and Fairness: When using the Trademarks, third parties must ensure accuracy and fairness in their representations. The Trademarks should not be used in a manner that could mislead or deceive consumers.

Guidelines for Authorized Use

a. Trademark Symbols: When using the Trademarks, third parties must include the appropriate trademark symbol (™) or registered trademark symbol (®) as applicable.

b. Attribution: Proper attribution to Hikar Technomation must be provided whenever the Trademarks are used. This attribution should clearly indicate that the Trademarks are owned by Hikar Technomation.

c. Logo Usage: Third parties may not use any logos associated with the Trademarks without prior written consent from Hikar Technomation.

Enforcement

Hikar Technomation reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use of its Trademarks. This may include seeking injunctive relief, damages, or any other remedies available under applicable law.
